A bit about me.
As long as I can remember I’ve sold cars, I started at the tender age of 5 selling Corgi cars to myself on the bedroom floor, at 14 I sold my first real car, “a beige ford escort” at my father’s show room in Birmingham.
Since leaving school at the age of 16 I started valeting cars for Toyota. As I got older my passion for cars lead me to work within the main dealers for, Lexus, Porsche and Ferrari. I have also worked for and with some of the most prestigious used car specialists in the country.
I feel that now is the time to go alone, in my extensive time in the motor industry I have seen why we as sales people get such a bad name, I’m sometimes almost embarrassed to say what I do for a living, used car sales man doesn’t have the same ring as dentist or brain surgeon. I should have tried harder at school!
I think it’s fair to say that bad practise is not just found in the used car sector, I think it’s also fair to say that it’s not always the sales person that is the cause but the unscrupulous companies that employ them.
How am I different to all the other used car dealers out there? My primary purpose is to establish a strong relationship with all my customers and therefore secure long term business by repeat sales. I can achieve this by finding the right car at the price that is attractive and affordable with no BULL.
